Thin Slate Stone Veneer can be adhered to surfaces using most standard laminate adhesives that have a thick consistency or foaming properties. Before applying the adhesive, ensure the receiving surface is thoroughly cleaned, brushed, and free from dust, oils, or any other contaminants. In certain installations, depending on the adhesive used, it may be necessary to treat the back of the veneer with a solvent or a primer recommended by the adhesive manufacturer. To ensure optimal results, we suggest testing the adhesive on a small area before proceeding with the full application.
